Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team in Florenceville, New Brunswick, Canada. As a key member of our Global Agriculture team, you will play a critical role in driving digital innovation and transformation across our farm operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in digital transformation, data analytics, and precision agriculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital solutions to improve farm efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of McCain Foods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve farm operations and efficiency
  • Lead the development and implementation of precision agriculture solutions, including data analytics and AI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet business needs
  • Conduct data quality analysis and develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Work with farm team members to train and support the adoption of digital solutions
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Data Analytics, AI, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, data analytics, and precision agriculture
  • Strong knowledge of data management, data models, and data mining
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
