Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dawnhill Immigration Consulting Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with budget planning and expenditure control, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and support a team of 1-2 individuals, providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
