Senior Marketing Manager

Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery Inc. is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our brand and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute on marketing objectives, success metrics, and budgets.
  • Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns, including events and social communications.
  • Oversee the development of email communications that drive traffic and sales.
  • Align marketing activities with overall company marketing plans and programs.
  • Build brand excitement and loyalty through customer retention activities.
  • Manage marketing briefs, including performance metrics.
  • Foster community engagement partnerships and activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally leading the marketing strategy for a brand or portfolio of brands.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and building community around a brand.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Passion for food, community, and sustainability.
  • Understanding of the food industry, with a particular focus on the natural and organic segment.
