Senior Director of Digital Marketing Performance

EWS Group is seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader to drive successful client campaigns with strong ROI for both our clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee client program performance and strategy, analyzing data to maximize client and Enspire's return on investment.
- Lead the paid advertising and SEO teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive results.
- Manage the workforce, including hiring, developing, and retaining a successful team.
- Develop and implement product performance management strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee key vendor relationships to ensure performance and value exchange.
- 10+ years of experience leading digital marketing optimization and campaign management teams.
- Expertise in paid search, social, display, SEO, copywriting, and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to report on digital marketing KPIs.
- Experience with proprietary bid management systems and digital marketing tools.
- BA/BS degree or MBA preferred.
