Senior Director of Digital Marketing Performance

EWS Group is seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader to drive successful client campaigns with strong ROI for both our clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee client program performance and strategy, analyzing data to maximize client and Enspire's return on investment.
- Work with teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in paid search, social, display, SEO, and copywriting.
- Manage the workforce, including hiring, developing, and retaining a successful team.
- Ensure fulfillment teams provide performance insights to internal stakeholders and customers, highlighting campaign status, operating results, and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the profitability of PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and Programmatic product lines to financial targets, collaborating with sales channels to execute growth strategies.
- Oversee the commercial relationship between key fulfillment suppliers/vendors, ensuring performance and value exchange.
- 10+ years leading digital marketing optimization and campaign management teams.
- Platform credentials and certifications, as appropriate.
- BA/BS degree/MBA preferred.
