Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandise presentation, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Merchandise Management: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform merchandise decisions, ensuring that the store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or retail management.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals. Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention strategies.
