Job Title: Business Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert to join our team at Advanth Business Consulting Inc.

Job Summary

The Business Expert will be responsible for proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures, planning the re-organization of operations, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong understanding of business management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan the re-organization of operations
  • Provide customer service
  • Advise on policies
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
  • Prepare contracts and other papers
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Compile, verify, record, and process applications, licences, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in business management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of business management principles
Work Environment

The Business Expert will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
