Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Supervisor to join our team at SIDH TRUCK TRANSPORTATION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and projects, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and projects
  • Train and develop the skills of truck drivers to ensure they meet company standards
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in the hiring process
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and supplies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry
  • Proven track record of supervising and developing the skills of team members
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
