Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Supervisor to join our team at SIDH TRUCK TRANSPORTATION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including scheduling, route planning, and dispatching.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Manage and Maintain our fleet of vehicles, including regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, transportation laws, and company policies.
  • Lead and Motivate our team of drivers, providing guidance, support, and recognition to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of transportation operations and logistics.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
