Job Title: Truck Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Operations Supervisor to join our team at Trilink Logistics Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trucking division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Lead a team of truck drivers and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.
  • Dispatch and Route Planning: Plan and dispatch routes for truck drivers, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and road conditions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for truck drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that drivers are aware of and comply with company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on trucking operations, including metrics on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate, and work under pressure.
