As our Resident Life Ambassador, you will play a critical role in bringing our community together, fostering a sense of belonging, and igniting the warmth of human connection.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate and plan activities, events, and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless program execution

• Collaborate with our therapy programs, such as pet therapy, music therapy, and art therapy, to enhance the resident experience

• Conduct resident assessments and establish goals and interventions based on their identified needs and concerns

• Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, attendance, progress notes, care plans, and quarterly reviews

**Requirements:**

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology, gerontology, or a related field

• Current Standard and/or Emergency First Aid and CPR Certification

• Valid Food Handlers Certificate

• Previous experience in program planning, documentation, and evaluation

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
