BEST ROYAL CONSULTING LTD. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail and other materials, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be required to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics and other information.

The Administrative Support Specialist will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

The successful candidate will be required to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and will be working in a permanent position with 30 to 48 hours per week. The language of work is English.
