Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team at the Skyline Group of Companies. As a Property Management Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Property Manager and Resident Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager, including data entry of tenant-related information, preparing A/R adjustments, and revising aged accounts receivable reports.
  • Review rent roll monthly and prepare legal notices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and Resident Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other applicable legislation.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with database management.
  • Understanding of residential property management or real estate.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work proactively, with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with an enthusiasm for working with the public.
  • Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Diplomacy, but firm in response to aggressive behavior.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education or 3 years equivalent workplace experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
