We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Administrator to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. This is a 12-14 month contract opportunity located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager through data entry of tenant-related information.
- Prepare A/R adjustments and revise aged accounts receivable reports.
- Review rent roll monthly and prepare legal notices.
- Maintain a shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for customers, employees, and communities.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other applicable legislation.
- Strong data entry skills and knowledge of database management.
- Understanding of residential property management or real estate.
- Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to be proactive with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with enthusiasm for working with the public.
- Superior multitasking and organizational skills while remaining detail-oriented.
- Diplomacy, but firm in response to aggressive behavior.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education or 3 years equivalent workplace experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
