Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Administrator to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. This is a 12-14 month contract opportunity located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager through data entry of tenant-related information.
  • Prepare A/R adjustments and revise aged accounts receivable reports.
  • Review rent roll monthly and prepare legal notices.
  • Maintain a shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for customers, employees, and communities.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other applicable legislation.
  • Strong data entry skills and knowledge of database management.
  • Understanding of residential property management or real estate.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to be proactive with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with enthusiasm for working with the public.
  • Superior multitasking and organizational skills while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Diplomacy, but firm in response to aggressive behavior.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education or 3 years equivalent workplace experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
