Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team at the Skyline Group of Companies. This is a 12-14 month contract position located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.
About the Role
As a Property Management Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager through data entry, preparing financial reports, and reviewing rent roll monthly. You will also be responsible for preparing legal notices and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager
- Enter data into our database management system
- Prepare financial reports, including aged accounts receivable reports
- Review rent roll monthly and prepare legal notices
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other applicable legislation
- Strong data entry skills and experience with database management
- Understanding of residential property management or real estate
- Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
