Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Brar Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience and receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the management of the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, large workload.
