Job Title: Field Controls Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Controls Administrator to join our team at Brock Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our field operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to field operations, including coordination of project schedules, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with project coordination and management in the construction industry.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience with invoicing, particularly for major projects.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience/training in SAP would be ideal.
  • Ability to work independently, focus oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as required.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic accounting knowledge would be essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
  • Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
  • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
  • Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
