We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team at Liberty House Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to newcomers and refugees, as well as Indigenous people, to help them integrate into the community.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling appointments and confirming with clients
  • Answering phone calls and relaying messages
  • Compiling data and statistics
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Setting up and maintaining filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence and documents
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Providing customer service and support

You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and require attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with diverse groups of people and is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Requirements
