Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in childcare, be flexible, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Family Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing household duties and ensuring a safe and healthy environment
  • Cooking nutritious meals and maintaining a clean living space
  • Supervising and caring for children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Disciplining children according to the parents' methods
  • Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Maintaining records of daily activities and health information
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Vulnerable sector clearance
  • Excellent attention to detail

Work Details

This is a permanent position working 30-44 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to speak English fluently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
