Compensation

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a CPA-designated professional with 2-4 years of relevant public accounting experience. You will be responsible for conducting compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping and tax engagements, as well as managing multiple files simultaneously and performing accounts receivable, accounts payable, capital asset acquisition and disposition, and payroll walk-throughs with clients.

  • Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
  • Manage multiple client files, ensuring timely completion of engagements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, capital asset acquisition and disposition, and payroll functions, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare correspondence, technical reports, and client summaries outlining engagement findings, facts, and highlights.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Experience working with accounting and tax software, as well as understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles, is also essential.
