In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern enterprise payment applications using Java and Spring Boot framework. As a Senior Engineer, you will have a high degree of accountability and responsibility from Day 1. You will be expected to mentor and support the growth of junior engineers and contribute to the development of engineering best practices.
The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of Java and distributed systems concepts, as well as experience with Agile development and containerized applications. Familiarity with Databricks or other data warehouse or data lake platforms is also desirable.
Ripple Labs offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses and equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including physical and mental healthcare, retirement, family forming, and family support.
