Job Summary:

The Fantasyland Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lobby Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a personalized experience and setting the tone for their stay.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Assist with luggage storage and other guest needs, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Provide information and guidance on hotel amenities, attractions, and services, helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • Manage the elevator line and ensure a smooth flow of guests.
  • Develop and maintain a local area guide to share with guests, showcasing the best of our hotel and surrounding area.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support Guest Services, Reservations, and Switchboard operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for those with hotel background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a friendly and approachable phone manner.
  • Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Comfortable wearing a themed costume and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to lift guest baggage when necessary.

Terms of Employment:

  • This is a part-time position requiring flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
