Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of tasks before or after store hours
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Utilize merchandising standards to create an engaging and stimulating store atmosphere
  • Develop a warm and inviting environment that encourages customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage our product offerings and tell compelling stories that connect customers to our brand
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, curating personalized product collections and providing exceptional service
  • Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics, embodying a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and programs, and contribute to an environment where everyone prioritizes health and safety
  • Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset
