Parking Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Ambassador to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Parking Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers using our parking facilities during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with the overall in/out process of parking
  • Provide guidance on how to pay for parking and manage challenging customer interactions
  • Operate parking equipment, including pay stations, ticket dispensers, exit readers, and gate machines
  • Identify and report parking equipment deficiencies and safety concerns to direct supervisor
  • Ensure the parking site is kept clean, neat, and free of obstacles
  • Litter pick up and shoveling/salting as required
  • Verify pricing on meters and ensure event signage is clearly displayed
  • Maintain and operate equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property manager
  • Perform lot counts and log issues/events in the log book
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Strong command of the English language and effective communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and even-tempered with a strong sense of customer service
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods of time
  • Repetitive motions with traffic safety wand to signal parkers into lot
  • Time management and strong sense of organization and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED required, customer service experience preferred
