Job Title: Heavy Equipment Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Supervisor to join our team at CHELA TRANSPORT LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of heavy equipment operators to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate equipment usage to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate heavy equipment operators to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a heavy equipment supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
