About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at KBS Heavy Duty Mechanics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 heavy equipment mechanics and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to perform complex maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Requisition and manage inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure seamless coordination and execution of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a heavy equipment maintenance or repair role
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
