Job Overview
">We are seeking a skilled LPN Specialist Float or Medical Assistant Specialist Float to join our team at Watson Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the day-to-day operations of our primary care setting.
">Compensation
">The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new employees who commit to a one-year term.
">About the Role
">This role requires a graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing with active Florida licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 1 year of Medical Assistant work experience within the last 2 years may also be considered.
">As an LPN Specialist or Medical Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Providing basic medical and nursing care, including checking blood pressure and inserting catheters;">
- Ensuring patient comfort and discussing health care with patients;">
- Reporting patient status to registered nurses and providers;">
- Administering medication, including injections; and">
- Maintaining accurate documentation in patient medical records.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A strong background in healthcare, with experience in primary care settings preferred;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;">
- Current BLS certification (CPR); and">
- A commitment to maintaining current certifications and education requirements.">
