About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Yard Maintenance Person to join our team at ATCO Structures. As a key member of our yard operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our yard equipment and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized yard environment, ensuring quick deployment and security.
  • Package and receive equipment and materials, guaranteeing proper handling and storage.
  • Collaborate with logistics companies, project teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain fleet assets and update yard maps.
Requirements
  • Construction knowledge or experience in the modular industry is an asset.
  • Strong safety orientation, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, work in a changing environment, and possess a sense of urgency.
  • Discipline towards meeting deadlines and strong personal time management.
  • Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
  • Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to perform moderate to heavy lifting duties and operate equipment such as skid steer, loader, and forklift.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.
