Good organizational and excellent customer service skills are required. Candidates must be in good physical condition. Direct/indirect related work experience, representing continuous learning of up to one month, is required. A working knowledge of the safe usage of powered and hand-operated janitorial equipment and products, as well as audio/visual equipment, is required. This position is responsible for all City facilities. The successful candidate must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and will be required to provide own transportation when traveling between City facilities. Vehicle mileage will be reimbursed.
