Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to support transformational changes within data and analytics teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in successfully implementing change management initiatives, leveraging our enterprise-wide change management approach, Prosci.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead People Change Management workstreams across various projects to achieve desired employee adoption and behavioral changes.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to increase adoption of new ways of working, driving higher utilization and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure aligned strategies and plans.
  • Assess PCM requirements and identify key workstreams and activities to develop a PCM approach and plan.

Requirements:

  • Prosci certification and/or PCM professional accreditation.
  • Strong relationships management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, practical advice pieces.
  • Embracing and championing change, with a focus on delivering results.
