Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be able to lead our culinary innovation efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and train our kitchen staff on preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Cook.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian, East Indian, and International cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
