FAMOUS CURRY GARDEN is seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our culinary team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Work under pressure
