Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our Non-Standard Risks team in a full-time permanent role. As an Underwriter in this position, you will be responsible for developing a profitable portfolio of non-standard commercial and personal lines business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requests for quotes, renewals, and policy changes, and recommend solutions
- Handle policy transactions, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Support brokers regarding underwriting and rating policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines Property Underwriting
- Strong knowledge in Excel is an asset
- No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada
