Job Title: Administrative Professional for 76homes
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at 76homes. As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing records and performing tasks related to government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Train staff on administrative procedures and policies;
- Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities;
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
