Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Disability Management Specialist to join our team at Echelon 56. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) process for specific internal client groups. You will work closely with Associates, Managers, and HR Consultants to ensure seamless communication and efficient case management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the STD/LTD lifecycle from opening a case to sending updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of STD/LTD log, quarterly summaries, and annual reporting
- Provide exceptional support for Benefits administration, resolving any issues or concerns with service providers
- Process benefits billing and audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Research and enhance programs aligned to the overall employee value proposition
- Assist with system setup, modification, and testing for benefits administration
- Serve as the Primary member of the Health & Safety committee, coordinating meetings and conducting safety reviews
- Educate committee members on Health & Safety requirements and coordinate initiatives

Requirements
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
- Working towards CHRP and CEBS certifications
- Prior benefit or pension experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail and analytical ability
