We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Connect Hearing Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Schedule appointments and organize files for our Hearing Care Professionals
  • Manage and maintain client accounts while building strong relationships
  • Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
  • Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs
