Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at SAN INDUSTRIES LTD. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales representatives, and design team members.
- Sales Team Management: Assign sales staff to duties, ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop the skills of sales staff to ensure they meet the company's sales targets.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Sales Performance: Sell merchandise and meet sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
