Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stadium Donair & Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes
  • Source and purchase high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
