- Analyze sales data and menu trends to inform menu planning and inventory management.
- Develop and implement new recipes, menu items, and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and weddings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Hours:The Executive Chef will work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
