Job Summary

Glowbal Georgia Restaurant Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train food and beverage servers to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business demands.
    • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and training.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a high level of customer interaction. The position requires standing for extended periods, walking, and physical stamina.
