Description du poste

L'artisan en peinture et décoration travaillera dans divers lieux d'affaires, où il/elle sera chargé(e) de préparer, nettoyer et polir les surfaces avant de les peindre ou de les recouvrir avec du papier peint ou d'autres matériaux. Le/de la candidat(e) doit être capable de mixer des couleurs pour obtenir l'effet souhaité et de conseiller les clients sur les choix de coloris et de revêtements muraux.

Le/de la postulant(e) devra également faire preuve d’une grande attention aux détails et d’une bonne coordination motrice pour manipuler les outils et les matériaux nécessaires. La capacité à distinguer les couleurs est essentielle pour ce rôle.

L’artisan en peinture et décoration travaillera régulièrement avec des étages de charpente et devra s’assurer que tous les équipements sont utilisés correctement.

Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine n'est pas nécessaire, car nous offrons une formation complète au nouveau venu.

Compétences et qualifications requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le/de la candidat(e) doit :

  • Bien comprendre les instructions et suivre les procédures en vigueur;
  • Avoir une excellente coordonnation motrice et une grande dextérité pour utiliser les outils et les matériaux adéquats;
  • Être capable de porter des charges pesant jusqu’à 13,5 kg (30 livres);
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension de la sécurité et se conformer strictement aux directives données par la direction;
  • Travailler en tant que membre d'une équipe pour soutenir son collègue et contribuer au succès de l'entreprise.

Les compétences linguistiques exigées sont un excellent niveau en anglais.

Étant donné les circonstances actuelles, le/de la postulant(e) accepte qu'il / elle puisse recevoir certaines tâches de bureau qui impliquent la manipulation de documents sur ordinateur, mais aussi effectueraient beaucoup de travail hors de bureaux.Mise en place de l'équipe

Rémunération et avantages

L'artisan en peinture et décoration sera rémunéré entre $35 000 et $45 000 annuellement, selon ses compétences et son expérience.
