Job Summary

Mowgli's is seeking a highly skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
