We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our team in Nanaimo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, prioritizing maintenance requests, and collaborating with our technical team to ensure seamless delivery of mobility solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service support to clients in-store and over the phone, including retail sales, phone support, quote, and order entry.
- Analyze and verify the accuracy of orders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain an excellent standard of service.
- Act as a point of escalation and conflict management when needed.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Ship and receive inventory, working with our Navision software.
- Prioritize maintenance requests, fielding dozens of repair and maintenance requests a day via email and telephone.
- Collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, and improve business processes.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office management or customer coordination role, preferably in the healthcare or related field.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and familiar with Navision and Jobber software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work patiently with clients and provide feedback.
- Empathetic and able to navigate complex situations in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
