Healthcare Rehabilitation Specialist

As a skilled Occupational Therapist, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for our patients. With a focus on prevention, rehabilitation, and health care services, you'll work to empower our patients to reach their full functional and work reintegration potential.

As a Healthcare Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from those with acute and chronic injuries to those with co-morbid conditions. You'll work collaboratively with our treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
