Job Title: Chief Strategic Delivery Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Chief Strategic Delivery Officer. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and other key projects within the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Delivery: Oversee the delivery and monitoring of strategic initiatives through coordination of workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy, business objectives, and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with Risk Management and Business to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact strategy delivery.
  • Resource Management: Provide input on resources, including budgets, staffing needs, and vendor relationships, to support program objectives.
  • Governance: Adhere to and evolve governance structures, processes, and controls as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Change Management: Assist Risk Management on change management efforts associated with program implementation, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans.
  • Gating Management: Manage the New Product/Process/Business gating methodology, including status, documentation, financials, and SRED reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategy delivery, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and delivering on operations and technology improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
