About the Role

We seek an experienced Director, Strategy Delivery to drive the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and key projects within our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in governance and coordination across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy, business objectives, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Delivery: Oversee the delivery and monitoring of strategic initiatives through workstream management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Governance and Compliance: Adhere to and evolve governance structures, processes, and controls as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact strategy delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, combined with proven experience in strategy delivery, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.

What We Offer

Haventree Bank offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
