Scientific Research Analyst

A talented Scientist is sought to join AbCellera's Analytical Development team, where they will contribute to the development of cutting-edge analytical methods for therapeutic protein characterization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of drug development, driving innovation and advancing scientific knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry, with experience in method development, qualification, and transfer. They will be responsible for developing new analytical methods, performing routine analyses, and aggregating data to inform stakeholders across CMC and Discovery teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical skills, combined with strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills. Experience working with electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and familiarity with 21 CFR part 11 compliance requirements are also essential.
This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $64,112 - $79,136 annually, commensurate with education and job-related experience. In addition to base salary, we offer equity, annual bonus dependent on team and company performance, and a 6% (non-match) RRSP contribution.
