Scientific Research Development Specialist

AbCellera is a global biopharmaceutical company that discovers and develops innovative antibody-based medicines to enhance lives. We are seeking an experienced Scientific Research Development Specialist to join our Analytical Development team.
About the Role:
- Analytical Method Development: Develop, qualify, and transfer analytical methods across various technologies, including LC, CE, UV-Vis, etc.
- Research and Development: Design and execute experiments to support monoclonal antibody process development.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate and present high-quality data to stakeholders across CMC and Discovery teams.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline with 2-5 years of experience or an M.Sc. and 2 years of experience.
- Experience working in areas of therapeutic protein characterization in academia or industry.
- Proven technical ability to execute and troubleshoot experiments through rational and critical thinking.
What We Offer:
- A competitive annual salary range of CAD $60,500 - $75,600, commensurate with education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Equity, annual bonus dependent on team and company performance, and a 6% (non-match) RRSP contribution.
