About the Role:

Spark Power Corp is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical projects, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engagement, sales, and project management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical projects from estimating to closeout stages.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to meet client commitments.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance using budgets and metrics.
  • Chair project meetings, including kick-offs, progress updates, and lessons learned.
  • Work with engineering and procurement teams to ensure project materials are available on time.
  • Provide regular project status reports to clients and executive management.
  • Estimate time and materials required for jobs and provide timely quotes to customers.

Requirements:

  • Journeyman Electrician license 309A.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with job quotes and electrical project management.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Strong background in customer engagement and sales.
