- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Manage and coordinate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- 8-10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical construction, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Proven experience in project management, including scope development, specification development, tender management, and project close-out.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, with minimal supervision.
